At Storacell you can now receive 20% off your order with code DAD20. The Father's Day Bundle is STILL available! Score 10% savings on the bundle, PLUS 20% off your entire order!

I just ordered a Hardened Zip Pouch along with a couple other things, when I realized this is the perfect place to keep both of my coin battery carriers full of CR2016 and CR2032 batteries. They're small and easy to lose track of, but a big orange pouch isn't. And I can put a AA or AAA caddy in with them too. Just like in the pic.

I had 1 beef and pork mini meatloaf left out of 6 in the paper tray they came frozen in. I poured a can of beef barley soup and a can of beef vegetable soup in and nuked it. After I ate most of the solid bits in the soup, I chopped up the meatloaf and finished it. It wasn't a bad way to have soup with more meat in it.

Half and half sweet tea and lemonade, poured in a glass and not even stirred. Delicious.

I have a quart or so of Polish 100% Rye Vodka in the fridge, with old dried out licorice sticks cut into pieces marinating in. I take it out and shake it occasionally if I think of it. The licorice changed the color of the vodka the same day I put it in, but doesn't seem to be dissolving. I plan on taking it up north for my 4th of July trip. My friend likes vodka, but not licorice. His wife likes licorice as much as I do, but never drinks vodka AFAIK. I think she'll do a shot of black vodka. If not, I have a whole quart to myself.

It was a total bust for this year.  My wife got sick on top of her chemo so for the last two weeks it's been healthcare.  I think Friday and Saturday there were pretty good conditions and a fair amount of activity.

Oh well.  Lighthouses is coming up which is OK.  Then Route 66 activation...which is my #2 event..is Sept. 6-14 this year.  I'm going to miss that this year too....

I just checked my logbook...with all of the illnesses over the last couple of years the last calls I logged were from June 2023.  Oh well....

Got the clutter off the tower.  No great change in coverage pattern noticed yet.

MSW was a bust for me.  Only spent about 2 hours at my desk over the weekend.  Busy rescuing stranded motorist and shooting in Steel Challenge competition.

I only saw one MWS station on FT8 - 20m.  Unfortunately no response from my call.  Did look at DXSummit but  everything was SSB or CW.  Maybe next year

Or One Sick Puppy emoji. ;)  I'm eating mac and cheese, and had some meatloaf after I finished mowing.
