The saying that at our age you shouldn't get on the floor without a plan on how to get back up has hit me hard.  Last week I had a health scare, found my self on the family room floor, and it took three paramedics to get me up. They got me vertical and quickly realized that if they didn't maintain a tight grip on me and move quickly with the cot they would be doing it all over again.

I've been thinking that a gantry crane might not be a bad appliance to have around.
