Windham Weaponry Multi Caliber set up & upgrade

1. Sight set up
- [ ] Zero two sets of flip up sites
             
    1st set: .223= GG&G -own
Rear site stays on upper; front site on gas block.

    2nd set: 9mm= Magpul MBUS -own
 Has no gas block. Both front and rear permanently on upper.

Install  optic for 300 BLK?
Trueglo x1 or Sig MSR x1-Favorite of the two.  (added rail covers)

2. Function test entire system with stock internal components, DPMS upper, 22LR upper, Black Rain ordnance BCG? -own
3. Magazines: 223- PMAGS; 300BLK- WW or Brownell’s Metal; 7.62- PMAGS; Promag polymer & WW Metal -owned & ordered
4. Tac Con 3MR ambi trigger? -own
5. OD Aluma-hyde coating on handguard -own materials
6. Weapon light
7. Optics- 3 individual Red dot sets on quick detach mounts?
.223
.300 BLK
7.62x39 = 1-6 vortex or 1-5 luepold hunting?
Carry a tourniquet with that gun!

Why ?

Is it a quick change barrel ?
That's the only way this makes sense.

Yup. Change barrels and bolt carrier group (9mm 7.62x39). Same upper.
Carry a tourniquet with that gun!

Probably because I overlooked it, heck, I thought ALL AR's were multi caliber  ;D
I didn't realize what was meant till I looked at your pictures.
"What are those clamp handles ? never seen that except on a AAAHHAAA!   ;D
Do you find it busy ?
I've got a laser and red dot on top of my carbine, I don't notice the laser because it's below the line of the red dot, I've got BUIS on it but I can't see either of those. I mean They fall in that area, to far away for the reading glasses, to close for the seeing glasses.   ;D

That's pretty cool but you're running out of real estate. ;) If you get another barrel the red dot will have to move up onto the handguard. Toting extra barrels still beats taking extra uppers to the range or wherever you want to take it.
