I’ve done that with a Glock. Twice. First time I worked a deal with the store to order whichever model they wanted on my certificate, but then just keep it in inventory as a new gun, giving me store credit for it. Second time I just sold the certificate to a fellow shooter.

Finished up 2022 with
39 IDPA matches including GA State and the Valdosta Sheep Dog CCP. Made SharpShooter in Revolver
15 USPSA matches including the Nationals
7 Steel Challenge matches & classified in all 13 divisions
2 ICORE and move up to a B class in the Classic Division
Pretty good year. Now onward on upward to 2023
