Just listening to your podcast of this week. As I'm slightly (1.5 yrs) older than you, It's something that I've been realizing for many years. The older I get the less willing to go hands on even though, like you, I've spent a lot of time in DOJOs and less than lethal training (LEO). More likely to go to the gun sooner. I'm glad you addressed the situation.
