EOtech Magnifier worth the cost?

Something not discussed as far as I have seen, to split the difference. I have an Aimpoint Comp Ml2 2x with a 2 minute dot. The 2x really helps at 200 meters. Up close it works well too. Like in the house.

That is a good compromise. 

I like the Trijicon illuminated hunting scopes, too.  The 1.25-4 is a great set of specs for an all-around rifle.
