Speaking of pickles before bedtime, I will pass on an all time treat for the more than spicy crowd. Very simple.
1) your favorite dill pickles, sliced, spears, etc...
2) pour off half to three quarters of the juice, add 1 or 2 habenero or scotch bonnet peppers.
3) puree in a blender or food processor.
4) pour back into the pickle jar.
5) wait 1 week, or more.
6) Enjoy, but for most people, do not eat by themselves, alone they can be a religious experience.
