The Wiki article does not mention that most of their income is derived from donations by George Soros.
While the OP is correct that there is a connection between Freedom Group and both the listed banks, and many US gun related business minimal research would have shown that the article misrepresented it.
Freedom Group bought the gun companies just like they bought large shares of the listed banks.
The OP also fails to mention that FG used to own Chrysler and GMAC until the Obama administration f*cked them out of it and gave it to the UAW.
