This bill is obviously the work of the gun grabber and Arney should not have let it pass under any circumstanced I do not believe that the slogan on LAPD's cars "To protect and serve"is provided to the non-rich. >:(

That is why I thought the side of Barricade in the movie Transformers which read "To Punish and Enslave" where you would normally see to protect and serve was so fitting...
