If you want an ambi- charging handle, Breek Arms has the WARHAMMER Mod2 AR-15 and WARHAMMER Mod2 AR-10/LR-308, and not so oversized Micro WARHAMMER Mod2 AR-15, and Micro WARHAMMER Mod2 AR-10/LR-308. All 4 are available with Black, Flat Dark Earth, OD Green, or Gray levers.

And if you want an AR-15 Gas Blocking Charging Handle, they make The Sledgehammer.
