 Let's see, what's the most useless thing I could do with this money to fight violent crime ? Hmmm, Hire another cop ? NAAH. Buy more cop gear ? Naaah. I KNOW ! I'll have a "GUN BUYBACK" ! That should piss the money away in a day, without interfereing with crime at all !
