How to solve a problem

Civilian Logic:
Solve through hundreds of hours of committee meetings and focus groups to decide the problem is best left alone.

Marine Logic:
Solve through superior firepower and shear determination.

Army Combat Engineer:
Solve by one well placed charge that results in crating a path through any obstacle including bureaucrats and committees that couldn't find their ass with both hands.
Shoot, I just found out I'm a Marine at heart.  (I mean no offense to those that have actually picked up a rifle in defense of this Great Nation.  I have nothing but total respect for ALL that have, I'm just saying that's how I see some problems being solved)

Not my opinion but fairly funny anyway
When seconds mean the difference between life and death, the police will be minutes away.

You are either SOLVING the problem, or you ARE the problem.

"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

I had a good friend as a 2nd Lt had a picture like that with his Platoon Sgt in Stars and Stripes.

The are hunched over in beenies & tiger stripes checking watches.

When Bill left the unit they had the picture blown up with the caption:

"OK sir, let try this again. When Mickeys big hand is on the ......"

I think he still has it.
