Just came across this book and have purchased the Kindle edition.

All options should be considered before we need to stockpile rope. 

Maybe this one has a chance

It's called the 2nd Amendment .
If the politicians aren't obeying the laws already on the books only a liberal or an idiot would expect them to obey new ones so the Amendment process is just as much an ineffective waste of time as Gun control.
