Quesadilla's....if I spelled that right.

Along with a summer sausage appetizer.
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.
-William Pitt, British Prime-Minister (1759-1806)

I had part of a jar of salsa con queso left over and I'm dipping cream cheese & onion flavor Ritz Crisp & Thins in it. I may need to open another jar of salsa con queso for the left over crisps.

I see commercials for Taco Hell on TV all the time and think mmm that looks good, but I don't get whatever the new item is even though Taco Hell is only a few blocks away. I'm eating granola bars.

I can report that I had no ill effects from above Taco Bell vittles.

Now I'm sampling some of the holiday sweets the wife had prepared such as divinity, pecan brittle, pecan puffs. It's a tough gig, boys.  8)

I cooked up a bag of frozen Frontera carnitas taco skillet dinner a little while ago. The pork was so tender you wouldn't even need teeth to chew it. I emptied what was left of a bottle of Sabor! by Texas Pete Mexican-style hot sauce on it and stirred it in. That was goood.
