And remember the IRS is on a hiring spree, and contracted to purchase Remington 870 shotguns.....and don't think Republicans wouldn't vote for such a proposal.....Google H.R. 347...it was bi-partisan, and signed by BHO,....and just took a chunk out of your First Amendment....

Bill Gives The IRS Power To: Authorize The Removal Of The Right To Own A Firearm - Video

The collection agency for the Federal Reserve known as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is working with legislators to gain control over the rights of Americans. Without the right to due process, the IRS can simply claim a citizen owes $50,000 dollars or more to their illegal operation. This accusation alone will give their agency the right to revoke American’s travel rights and even remove the right to own a firearm.

With the help of Representatives like Barbara Boxer of California, a bill rapidly working through Capitol Hill (passed through the Senate and is currently up for review in the House) will give the IRS power to:

Accuse Americans of delinquency of tax payment without due process
Revoke their passports and travel rights
Place the accused in a centralize database
Authorize the removal of their right to own a firearm

No formal charges are required. Simply the accusation from the IRS is sufficed to strip American citizens of their Constitutional rights.

“There is no requirement that the tax payer be guilty of or even charged with tax evasion, fraud, or any criminal offense — only that the citizen is alleged to owe the IRS back taxes of $50,000 or more,” reports the Daily Economist.

In essence, these blacklisted citizens would be remotely labeled “domestic terrorists” and treated as such.

Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel bragged to the Brady Center that the ‘No Fly’ list. Emanuel proudly stated that those on the “no fly” list could not own a firearm because of their suspicious status.

And federal employees are not immune to this revoking of their rights. IRS figures show that in 2010, “98,000 federal employees owed a combined $1 billion in back taxes.” As well as a shocking amount of members of the Senate combined owe an estimated $2 million dollars in unpaid taxes.

As this move by the Federal Reserve, with support by our elected officials, empowers the IRS to bully all citizens of America into paying an unconstitutional tax, we can clearly see that the central banking cartels are in charge of the US and not any branch of US government; including their puppet Barack Obama.

This more toward suspicion without accusation is the slow and incremental tip-toe by the global Elite toward an encompassing takeover of our American Republic and transform it into a Fascist dictatorship. The Obama administration, through the NDAA, signing statements, and executive orders has continued the process started by certain previous Presidents. And this has all happened right under our noses. Without much resistance by the American public, our US Constitution is being shredded.

The time has come to stop complying with this system.

The global Elite will not stop until they have their One World Government. There is no negotiating. They demand total submission of the populations of all nations and countries.

We out number them dramatically.

We can stop them once we unilaterally stop complying with their takeover.

Which Congress?

The text I posted is direct from the Congressional 112th!

If it's an older bill, please clarify.  I'm not arguing, I just need to know the source since the internet is replete with inaccurate and incomplete information.  Just because it's a conservative site means nothing!

This is the only site I trust..it's direct from the Library of Congress..   http://thomas.loc.gov/home/thomas.php

What does have HR 347 have to do with the OP and the IRS?

It;s not bogus,...it's also "working" its way through Congress...Boxer is attempting to get all kinds of riders attached...

http://www.forbes.com/sites/robertwood/2012/04/07/forget-travel-if-you-owe-the-irs/

-snip-
If he were in charge of travel, the Soup Nazi might say, “No Passport for you!” In real life, travel may seem unrelated to taxes, except perhaps for those annoying airport taxes on international destinations. But a bigger tax and travel connection could keep you at home—permanently.

A tax law quietly proposed a few months ago—Owe IRS Taxes, Lose Your Passport—is quietly gaining momentum.
Now more people have noticed. If you owe the IRS? You’re not going anywhere if this law passes. In America, we love to tinker with our tax laws. Congress is always introducing one bill or another to tweak an already bloated and increasingly dysfunctional tax system.

It’s curious how ingredients go into the sausage, often making strange legislative bedfellows. Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) proposed that if you owe the IRS more then $50,000, you shouldn’t get a passport. See Sen. Orrin Hatch’s Memo to Reporters and Editors. Now this ‘we-need-the-money’ provision has morphed into Senate Bill 1813, introduced by Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA). It was introduced in November and passed by the Senate on March 14 “to reauthorize Federal-aid highway and highway safety construction programs, and for other purposes.”

****

It is the "little" sub-sections, in those hundreds and sometimes thousand page bills. It's how it works and Boxer is a reviled anti.
and the IRS is hiring.

That's why my OP stated "Potential".

There are 7 revisions to HR 347, here's the PDF. Same link.

Yes, HR 347 is old news though, we discussed this a couple of weeks ago.  It won't pass Constitutional muster if someone has the balls to get arrested and get it to the SCOTUS, IMO!

As to the OP, what has HR 347 have to do with the IRS "potential" bill you speak of?  I'm not going to read 1676 pages of S1813 myself, that's what the NRA-ILA did for me and they say it's bunk as of April 27, 2012!

What am I missing here?  Enlighten me there Kid!

These are the things that come through Congress that make getting the Senate and House back under control and make those elections this November just as, or more important than, the Presidential election!

HR 347 ALREADY Passed!!! With bi-partisan support. Signed behind closed doors. Done Deal....Watch the vid.

S1813, and the "possible" addendum's, footnotes, riders, subsections, and other sneaky things Boxer and Reid and Orrin Hatch, and the others can ADD to it, like firearm restrictions, or whatever, correlates to the overall "big picture", that OUR Constitutional Rights,
are being stripped away. Flagrantly. They took a chunk out of the 1st. What makes you think the "potential" S1813 won't have something taking a chunk out of the 2nd, 4th, 10th, all under potential "modification" through "legislation"....

As Judge Napalitano stated, "Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech,,,,,, HAS INDEED abridged it with HR 347.

I'm well aware that HR347 has passed and been signed!  I've watched the video two or three times lately and I wholeheartedly agree that it violates the 1st Amendment.

I also agree that Congress is completely and utterly out of control and need to be issued pink slips.  Their removal by elections, impeachment, recall or whatever other means are legally allowed by the Constitution are just as important as making sure that this POS of a president doesn't get the chance to replace two or three seats on the SCOTUS with hyper liberal, progressive socialists!

Write your Congress critters and see where that gets ya...lately, mine don't bother to reply!  Sitting here on my ass every day gives a guy a lot of time to catalog my grievances!  They're sick of me or trying to keep their jobs during an election year I guess!  Even Scott Brown is ignoring me these days!
