It's All About HIPAA. That's Where BHO Is Targeting

Look,.... plain and simple. There is already the Health Insurance Portability And Accountability Act.(HIPAA) It protects a patients rights from the .gov and employers, etc,.. from getting a hold of your med. records easily...It is a reinforcement of privacy between Doctor and patient the .gov has no right to be privy to unless mentally committed, adjudicated insane, or court ordered incompetant.

The Manchin-Toomey Act would have struck and amended that and incorporated it into the NICS background checks already in place,

That's why it failed.

Our POTUS, utilizing the HHS, is now going through a potential loophole, since the anti-gun proposals all failed last week in the Senate.

They aren't stopping, BHO was clearly pissed NONE of his anti-gun leg,. passed. In a Dem. majority Senate....
