I'm assuming all of these guys were, "Professionally Trained".

I've seen stories of many incidents like that. 

Also, the yearly training and qualification for many LEOs is 20 or 30 rounds once a year at a stationary range target.

0/65 shots connected while they were rolling around on the ground. Good job guys. I didn't know the Keystone Cops were alive and well in San Francisco.

Just look at the long drawn out process of Grand Jury, trials, union interference, Civil trails, and huge cash outlay to family of a criminal.
