« on: March 07, 2016, 09:43:02 AM »
So last year a guy bounced a ~47k. Check to me for a kitchen.  We are 1st on the docket today.   They just approached me and asked if I would take 35k.   Gee let me think, how about a even 50 and I will call it even.  Its just over 51 with intrest and costs as of today.

What a f..k tard.

remember i am a contractor... this was over a kitchen.

can't forclose til it reaches 40% of the value of the home, and at 18% a year.  it won't make it there for a long time, but at least they can't sell it.

Hope you get paid on this one.  I have it the other way...contractors paid in partial skipping out.
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.
