PWS DC-16 Piston "kit" question

OK people it's been a while - and now that the budget is listening up a little my local gun runner has a "package deal" which includes the following:

PWS DC-16 Upper ($1149.) [I think the LONG stroke piston upper not the older SHORT stoke -will have to check]
ATI Lower ($19.99)
 or
Raptor Billet Lower ($99.99)
EOTech 512 ($250 - $30 rebate)
2 parts kits ($50) -[Unkown vendor]

Total 1438.99

What do you think on the deal, and anyone have any hands on with the PWS piston uppers?
