I was gun shopping yesterday at Gander Mountain, and came across an M-4 style rifle with flat top and what I thought was a 3 position stock, for $749.00.
It was marked High Standard. I thought they were out of business?
Are these of decent quality?

I think they are back in business. I picked up a gun magazine passing through the airport the other day and there was a review on a new High Standard 22 pistol...seem to remember they are located in the Republic of Texas.
