2 new toys followed me home today
« on: February 29, 2012, 08:07:24 PM »
Went to a little gun shop down the street from where i work yesterday to check it out.  started talking to the guy and wouldn't you know it i offered him a deal and he took it.  I had been looking to trade my kel tec p11 for a ruger lc9 but could not find the right deal.  i have also been the market for a FNH FNX9 but those prices kept going up.  Anyways long story short (i know to late) i offered him to trade my kel tec w/4 mags, for a lc9, fnx9 and $$700 cash even.  he did one better!!!!!  he gave me a nib fnx9 with night sights, nib lc9, and he got a deal from his distributor and gave me the free galco leather speedholster all for the original trade + $700!!!!!!!!  ;D  i couldnt open my wallet fast enough.  picked them both up today and i couldnt be happer.  if you are in the Orlando FL area check out Orlando Gun Vault.  Neal is a great guy and one i will deal with again.  i will get some pics up probably tomorrow and needless to say a range trip this weekend is a must!

Sometimes referred to as porn.  We need porn!

It is usually customary, regardless of what kind of firearm, long bow, knife, motorcycle, car/truck, sexy significant other, etc,...that is posted about, has a photographic "tribute" to the new addition.

That way we can drool, cuss, envy, and "check out" the acquisition...We know what an FN and a LC9 look like,...but we are closet gun perverts and love to see them NIB, with all the factory grease and oil on them....

Even a 76 Jeep CJ with a blown headgasket covered in mud and dirty oil would be a grateful pic, if you bought one... ;)

Congratulations...on the new pair.

Here is a link to the photos.  http://s819.photobucket.com/albums/zz113/cdcasey01/new%20toys/  The fnx has trigicon night sights direct from the factory.  The guy gave me the holster for free.  He wasnt stocking FN's but when I talked to him about them he contacted his distributor and they had a special so he said as a thanks he gave me holster for free!!!!  Nice Galco with the FN logo imprinted on it.  Cant wait to get to the range!!!
