Best Practices for a Firearms Trust?
« on: August 05, 2013, 08:30:34 AM »
Greetings from the free state of Alabama,
When I talk to local attorneys about setting up a firearms trust, they don't have a clue what it needs to contain to circumvent a Colorado type situation.  If I had one set up here in Alabama, how would I know it covered all the bases?  Perhaps Michael can have some attorney from Colorado with experience in this area post a "best practices" list so I could make sure mine had all the important elements.
Thanks,
david from Alabama
