Para PDA

I've seen a few articles on the Para PDA and they have it up on the Para site but I have yet to see one available anywhere.  When is it hitting the streets and how much different is it from the Carry 9?   I did notice it has night sights, a ambi-safety and polished sides, but is that worth the $200 price increase?
