need help with a bolt isue

looking for any sugestions on how to slick up the action on a Remington Mod. 710 in 243. It is my wifes first rifle and is alittle stiff and she has problems closeing the bolt. If any one has any segestions please let me know.

You could lap the lugs, but it will effect head space.
