Well I ordered  some reading material from the chc.  I also  signed for a few different groups.  Worst case I am out $100.

I am trying too talk too a few guys too see if they are willing too have me cone out and get a 1st hand look at things/ maybe find a sponsor.

a little bit. been busy with my knee, selling the biz and another state to state move.  this time I am only taking what fits in the truck/ my 20' enclosed trailer... so you know, my toys and the things my wife can't live with out.

we rented a small house in salt lake as that is where the misses will be working.

I am looking to go about hour north of the city.  after all the years living in the burbs, then finally getting a real taste of living out in the sticks.  no way I would live long term in the city.

its hard to make offers on property with out seeing it.

Zillow just started buying and flipping houses.  So I don't trust them.( not that I ever did)
