It was Thunder, thunder, thunder on Thunder Ranch
« on: December 19, 2022, 01:16:56 PM »
The wife bugs me every year about what I want for Christmas and she usually ask if I want a new gun.  Well I never know what to say and I really didn’t have any gun I really NEEDED.  I’m pretty happy with the stable as it is.

Bang! I got thunder struck.  S&W325 Thunder Ranch.  Why oh why didn’t I buy one when they were in production?  4” blackened barrel with under rail for light/laser. Blackened scandium frame for light weight.  Got a bid in on one at gun broker.  Found one NIB in Oregon, but they refuse to ship to my FFL, local purchase only.

Well that sucks.  You're gonna have to fly up there!!!!
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.

$1,625 is what it closed for on Gun Broker.   Far beyond my limit.  I can get a regular 625 for <$900 and all I would give up is the under rail and black finish.
