Kids point was that there are to many Spanish speakers down South for that to work. Up here it's the French from Quebec.
I'll trade you the the "No habla" for our "No parley vue  Englis" Should work for you unless you run into a Haitian.

 But there aren't that many of THEM, only 100 or so  now and then, and Russia has a HUGE border compared to us.
