Gabi.  Glad to have you on board.  Yep, new blood is needed.  Just get in there and let it fly.  When some of us here smart off to you jump right back in our face....don't back down.

I guess we all kinda hang out here because we are not a bunch of yes men.  Some pretty good guys here, they'd give you the shirt off their back.
