Chicken/pepper jack/muenster sandwich and a rice crispy square.

Graham crackers and nutella for a snack now. Maybe the last jar of nutella I'll ever have because of all the fat and sugar.

Breakfast was an Asian Sweet & Spicy salad, and lunch was a Southwest Jalapeno Ranch salad, both topped with marinated flame broiled chicken. I keep getting buy one, get one free coupons for sandwiches, salads, and dinners in the mail, and today was a good day for salads. Meaning too hot to cook and maybe too hot to eat hot (temperature) food.

The salads were from a place called YaYa's that has 3 locations in my city, 3 more in my county, 3 more in my state, and 3 more in my country (in Florida). That seems a bit odd. Maybe the next 3 will be elsewhere on my continent. The description tells you what sets it apart from most other chicken. I came up with a one of a kind marinade myself using what I had on hand one time and the grilled chicken was delicious. But I can get to YaYa's and back faster I can get everything for a marinade out of the fridge and cupboards and put it in a bowl, assuming I have something that will work. And my marinade was more fattening because it had oil in it.

I had bacon and cheddar potato skins for breakfast and lunch. It was a box of frozen appetizers that only needed to be baked, but I put half of a cheddar jack cheese stick on each one first. When I took them out the cheese was getting golden brown. I really like how the cheese tastes when it's halfway between raw and burnt. Before I ate the potato skins I heated up a can of hot chili and topped the potato skins with it.

Jammin' Jamaican Style Turkey Perky Jerky. It's a sweet heat, not too spicy, and it's very tender.

A half a dozen donuts for breakfast and lunch.  3 eggs scrambled with ham and cheese for supper.
