Delaware State Police keep gun purchase records in spite of state law

The Delaware State Police  try illegally to stop a woman from buying a gun, using illegally held gun purchase records.
The records should have been destroyed after 60 days, but they had records going back several years.
The reasons for telling her she could not buy a gun? She was to old (81) and she was a woman!
