Check your pistol for Short Slide Syndrome - as it is a polymer frame gun, and while Kahr knows about the issue, does not make it widely known.

After carrying and shooting my CW45 for quite a while, (and not knowing about Short Slide Syndrome myself) I fell pray to it

I contacted Kahr and in less than a minute on the phone with them and just barely starting to describe the problem I had an RMA for return and replacement of my frame.

They received my gun on a Monday and it took less than a week for them to return the new frame with my slide back to me. No more issues.

If nothing else, their customer service is right on it when contacted.

Apparently can still happen to polymer Kahr's to this day.
Only takes a second to check.
