3 Gun AR Sights

I'm messing with my AR ... big shock there ... and wondering what others are doing with their sights for three gun.

What ranges do any or all of you zero at with the red dot and scope (for those that have both).

I am currently zeroed at 100 yds for iron; 200 yds for scope; and 25 yds for red dot.  I picked these because 100 yds has always been my iron sight rifle base; 200 yds for scope because I used it for coyotes over the winter and spring; and 25 yds for red dot because the only three gun I ran with the optics on had all paper at 15 to 40 yds.

Guys around here I've talked to are all over the place, so any input would be appreciated.
