just got here - still looking around - so far I like what I see

I'm an long time weapons enthusiast, started with swords (Kendo) when I was twelve and I still play with them all the time. I am a member of the Reinhardt Legacy Fight Team sworddemo.com

With an interest in weapons and fighting I naturally became a gun nut at a very early age. I have some very strong opinions about guns and there application, some of which I've described here yankeefist.net

Welcome to the fun Yankeefist. I had already checked out your site, I linked to it from the Knife makers web site you mentioned in your first post. (SWEET BLADES ! ;D  ) One thing I would point out on your "Things we need" page you mention a titanium receivered M 1A, at the current price of Ti you could put a down payment on a Rolls Royce for what that would cost, that's why no one is making Ti frame revolvers any more. If you can afford a block of Ti the right size you could have a receiver custom milled and then build from there.

Howdy from Rod in the Lone Star state of Texas! (Home of The Alamo, San Jacinto) I look forward to meeting everyone! I've already learned a lot form the postings in here, now to find lots of ammo at a good price!

See 'ya online!

right you are - I wrote that right after I bought my S&W 329 and 360 and Ti was not so ridiculous back then - left it in there because I still want one

Welcome Rod and Yankeefist.
"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

"When it comes to the enemy, just because they ain't pullin' a trigger, doesn't mean they ain't totin' ammo for those that are."~PegLeg

I'm Dan, a new guy on this forum from the northern regions of the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia, where black is an evil feature on a gun and pearl grips are out of the closet.  I post mostly on CalGuns and some on Gunbroker, but decided to look here for anything new in firearms related stuff.
