Congratulations again Alf. Let us know how the Sig performs for you. Some contests I've entered to "win a new gun" they actually give the winner a check for what the gun is valued at so you can buy what you want.
Yeah, but this is GSSF. You must shoot a Glock to compete and they want to make sure any gun giveaway means product, their product, out the door. Just unfortunate for them it didn't make it to my door, but somebody will buy it.
Here's the deal about shooting GSSF. You have a malfunction. No problem. Factory smiths on premise will repair it for free and you're allowed a do-over for the stage you malfunctioned on. I don't even put tools in the car anymore when I go to a GSSF match. No need for a spare gun either.
