I remember why I left. The idiocy  I have experienced  this week has made my brain hurt.

Too much money to walk away from?
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.

Well maybe you can gete one of those CZ 97B's now?  ;)

I went out on Gunbroker and the CZ website...when those things are gone they will be gone.  I almost hit the "Buy It Now" button on a BD model this morning....except I need to buy a new washer and dryer as well as pay for a metal roof I just had installed.

priorities, Rastus, priorities.  You have got to get your priorities straight.

I just did that, washer and dryer were 17 years old,  fridge was last month.  Been a very odd year, on paper my company made money, but I spent it all on paying off equipment.  More money, more problems.   I really need to scale things back, but I am finally at that point where I can tackle  8 digit projects.

I am going to have to decide soon rather I just want comm'l or keep doing small residential  work.

I just got done at the local County Assessor's Office. Since all the structures in question were removed the property tax needs to be reevaluated based on this land value from date of the fire until today.  This is something that typically no big deal and most counties just do it automatically, not this one. I did a hundred and twenty-eight proud to be the average savings per customer was approximately $500. It took four hours 28 properties. Then I cut them a check for the the percentage of property tax between the fire and today.
