Mini thanksgiving today.  Cleaned out the frig and we have a 6 pack of turkey leggs.  Doing them with conrbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, home made gravey and what ever froze veggies we have.    On tuesday or Wednesday i will make either enchiladas or tacos with the left over meat.   I am trying not too goto the store.  Easy with meat, but fruits and veggies not so much.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

Both granddaughters are over..... we had chicken nuggets (shaped like dinosaurs, can't figure that one) and tater tots for lunch.... 'cause that's how we roll.  8)

"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

Fresh, FRESH, homemade caramel/cinnamon rolls!

Working from home is a double edged sword.  I'm not commuting, no packing lunch and dragging it along, and when I need a break, and it fits in, I can relax.

This morning I had a craving, so I started while getting my coffee going, and by 09:30, I was pulling a pan of sweetness out of the oven.  I will have you know, untouched by human hands  ;D

Yellowfin tuna with mayo, pickles and onions in a sandwich.

I just finished a plateful of Andouille sausage and Basmati rice. Spicy sausage and bland rice go good together. When I realized they started with A and B, I thought I should eat something that starts with C next. Maybe cookies, crackers, or cheese when I have room for something. Or I could double down with some chicken chunks. ;)

Try Cheetos next time. When I put Cheez-Its in my chili I like to grab some and make a fist, enough to break them all in half but not too small. The spicy ones are good in chili too, but as long as they're cheesy and crunchy, that's all that matters. One time I had a bowl of chili and didn't have any crackers to soak up all the juice in the bottom, but I had a bag of popcorn. I think it was white cheddar. It was good enough.

I had andouille and rice for breakfast. This time it was coconut jasmine rice. 90 seconds in the microwave and it was nice and fluffy and tender. Thanks Uncle Ben. I need to eat lunch in a few minutes so I'll finish the andouille that's in the fridge. The only Ready Rice I have left is fried rice with peas & carrots. I don't know it's going to be good but I'll be full when I'm done.
