Okay, rojawe gave us a heads up on these auctions.   I thought I'd just update everyone.

There are two this weekend.  Lindsay and Langham.  If you register with Proxibid you can bid on-line.   Little chance, but being a holiday you never know.   Appears to be a number of retail stores (probably with on-line stores) bidding, which means they won't go above cost since they plan to resell.

I've got bids on some S&W686 and 586's as well as a model 51.

maybe those of us that can pool together and bid for what we all want? maybe bid for something popular under on name, raffle later? if no takers, then the person that made the bid has a gun at cost to do with as they wish. any more ideas?

I don't know if we have time to pool on something, but I'm willing to steer clear of anything another DRTV member really wants.

I haven't seen anything I really wanted to bid on yet. any suggestions, or requests? I can also bid on a couple item to keep anybody free for other items, or as a layaway? let me know.

oh.. any suggestions on scope?optics for my FN FAL? have bought a dust cover with rail to accept most scopes.

Oops,  Won a S&W 586 6".   I didn't think $475 would take it.

PROBLEM IS.  I've prebid the same on a second one.

I don't need two.

Now I'm wondering how high to bid on the 657  .41 Mag.

Good thing the wife likes "bargains".   Today, I "won" (bought) an unfired SW 586 .357 6" barrel for $475 and a SW 624 .44spl 6-1/2" barrel for $490.   

Another auction is on Sunday.   Wish me luck....................with the wife
