I used my last 2 buns to make 2 more beef barbacoa sandwiches but with a different cheese. Sargento Blends 5 Cheese Italian Slices. "Sliced natural cheese that blends the creaminess of Mozzarella with Romano, Parmesan, Fontina and Asiago cheeses to bring an authentic Italian taste to hoagies, panini and every sandwich in between." I microwaved the sandwiches for 30 seconds but wanted the cheese melted more and gave them another 30 seconds. The cheese is all melted and gooey, just the way I like it. What ran out on my plate won't go to waste either.

I had something new for lunch, a Gorton's Shrimp Bowl. It was shrimp and mushroom risotto in a black garlic & wine sauce. Not bad. If I get another coupon I'll try the soba noodles, veggies & soy ginger sauce shrimp bowl. I didn't see the chili lime rice & beans shrimp bowl at the store. There was no room for it. I finished off a key lime pie made with real Key West lime juice for dessert.

I'm eating Bourbon BBQ fire grilled chicken chunks. I may have another bag of these in the freezer, where I also have 2 bags of Buffalo ranch fire grilled chicken chunks. https://www.cookedperfect.com/fire-grilled-chicken/

Home made Barbecue Brisket, with just enough heat to clear your sinuses, I still have about 10 pounds of it left. ;D ;D

Tri-Tip steak on the barbie, just salt and pepper, grilled to a medium rare,  Served with grilled mini-peppers with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of garlic salt, and a side of steamed rice.

All that was accompanied by a delightful cabernet/merlot blend from Frontera wineries in Chile.

Relatively low cal and very high in the good taste department.
