Father-In-Law with MS

Both my FIL and wife have MS, yes it does happen but not too often.  He has been on the decline lately and it is really beginning to affect what relationship he has with my wife.  She spent a good portion of the day crying over his condition a few days back (and I'm on the other coast for work  :-[ ).  He could really use any and all prayers his way, Sid was an avid outdoorsman then ended up in a wheelchair/scooter 13 years ago.  He's had his failures and successes but they all seem to pail in comparison to the fight he face now.
