You can NOT force me to leave my property for evacuation.  A 'mandatory" evac simply means that if you don't go now, don't call us later to save your ass.

Maybe, depends on how many MP-5s are pointed at your face when you are ordered to leave.

I did like the family that stood their ground on their home and had shotguns on the bad guys - those would be the ones with the badges.

I meant that it is not legal.  And yeah, they would be facing some fairly serious fire power here too, if they tried.
