+10  good work TAB.

A little  more than 80% of my employees are ex military.  For the most part they work hard, follow instructions and don't complain.   About 25% are ex elite forces, 2 ex seals, 1 ranger, 1 coastie jumper, a gb and a under water demo guy.    I don't go out of my way to find ex military, and I don't give them any "points" . They just tend too have what I am looking for in a person.  I want some one that understands snafu  is what you are going too see daily.... get the job done, done right and done on time.

I can see how ex-military are very likely to have the qualities you look for.  I am curious, do the other ~19% have something in common that would lend to them having those qualities?

Awwww....geeee...there you go denigrating a group of people who worked really hard for a really long time to get a degree that is totally worthless in most settings.  How could you?  How insensitive....you should consider a sensitivity course....or I could send you one of my sensitivity class certificates and you could photoshop your name on it....
