verify the age of the winner?  Well, it ain't me then, I shoot with Bane and he knows I'm older than dirt....yet I'm still a couple years younger than him :D

I attend an annual get together of friends.  Before the last "reunion" one of the parents let me know her 14 year old son had expressed an interest in becoming involved in designing firearms. 

I asked her if she minded if I bought along a few examples to show him and discuss with him.

Took a Ruger Blackhawk, Mk III, LCP, Glock 21, 870, AR 15 and a Savage 110.

Showed him all the different actions, case/bullet types, safety mechanics, talked barrel length and rifling and anything else I could think of...

He said he wasn't interested in all of that.  He just wanted to make cool guns to shoot Zombies with.....sigh...
