i finished my last eight years at the city of sanford working as a waste water/utility mechanic.
previously i had slaved
as a heavy equipment/fleet maintenance mechanic for 19 years at public works.
the utlity mechanic was a smelly job at times but the freedom of not being confined each day to the same old drudgery was worth it.
the term vinting applies to mead because mead is honey wine. maybe i misspelled it ......(DA!)
as we say in the business...it may smell like poop to you, but it's bread an butter to me!
