Marshal's, (M'ette's) new dog!..
« on: December 17, 2012, 01:37:35 AM »
I'll let them post a pic but I saw it of FB and it's a fine looking Shepherd!!
I haven't seen feet that size  on a Shepherd that small since my last one..
Marshal, good luck on making a working dog out of that one.. I've got a feeling M'ette has a new puppy, and that's gonna be the end of it...
Pretty boy though!!!

Here he is. Ranger, born 10-25-12.

We went down to Oklahoma City yesterday for a little visit. He is ready to be picked up before Christmas, but with a hectic schedule including SHOT Show in front of us, we will not bring him home until January 20th.

M'ette will love and spoil him to the max.... LOL

However, she's been a dog breeder and I've been a dog trainer, so we will find a middle of the road approach. If not, we will both have a huge lapdog down the road....

You will see more from Ranger in the months to come, since he is also part of a special project related to Personal Defense. But first of all, he will be a new member of our family and he will be given all the love, attention and guidance a pack member needs.

Beautiful! Do you happen to know how big the parents are? FWIW, a black and tan Shepard is going to be my next dog. Right now we have a 19 year old cat who wouldn't be able to handle an aggressive, playful puppy in the house.

WHOA!!! What a good looking dog!!!!!!!!!!!
Good job!!!!
(I could tell he was gonna be a fine looking boy anyway, but man!!)
You're killing me!! I miss my dog!!
Maybe one day I'll be able to take care of one again..
The wife doesn't want one in the house. If I get one, she loses!!  ;D

A most excellent appearing pooch.  He already looks a lot brighter than your average congress-critter.  Congratulations on the adoption.
