Actually Pathfinder, the cutting out is the hardest for me. To cut out that much leather for one project hurts....... I think of all the other things I could be making with those precious feet of leather.

The set I made before went together pretty well for never having done one before. Now the hard part is deciding on what I am going to put on them. Full carve, border only, etc??

I do have 1 of the 2 sets ready to sew, its just getting that time set aside to do it.

I do like borders. That will probably be what I end up doing.
Here is the one I did before, but its antiqued a little now, scuffed from actual use, and has brass buckles instead of the shiny Stohlman buckles on it now.
