ReLoading issues with the Freedom Arms .454 Casull

Has anyone encountered problems with reloading for their Freedom Arms Model 83? It seems the revolver chambers are speced so tight that full-length resized brass won't chamber properly.  Just curious if it's just me.

assuming its not a chrimp issue.  Have you checked to see if you are actually fully sizing your brass?  Often dies hit the shell plate and not allow a full size.   a little grindy, grindy and you are good to go.  Some die manufactors will do it for free.     to check to see if this is happening.  Take a mic and check the resized brass at several place on the brass.  Often its bigger at the base.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.
