I tried the Knoxx stock on my Moss 500. I liked the M4 style stock since I've got short arms and it allowed me to adjust it for summer clothes, or winter jackets.
The stock really did decrease felt recoil considerably.
I could not get used to the way the whole gun slid back on the stock though.
It worked, but personally I did not like it, it did not feel right.

Welcome tnxdshooter, nice set up.

I chose an ATI adj. for my 870 and it actually is shorter than my Stoeger Coach's gun. Threw a small railed clamp on the the front, and put a simple Streamlight on it.

Sounds like you got the Mossberg the way you want it...

Good stuff....Nothing beats a 12g for HD.  Especially the Winchester Ranger Reduced recoil 00 9 pellet buck.

Plus we all like gun porn,....so I thought I would add.... ::)

Take Care.

That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

I had the ati talon stock. Tried it and felt it didnt reduce any recoil. Thus went with the knoxx stock and sold the ati

Welcome TNXD,  jump right in.

You noticed the discussion took right off on shotguns.   This a "gentle" group around here.   Very few heated arguments over the hardware.  (Politics is another thing)   One "custom" that you don't HAVE to participate in is including your toes in the picture.    Of course I wouldn't believe everything I post either  ;)

Nice setup.   For my 500, ghost ring sights and my available money never seem to coincide.   Either the money's not there or MWUSA is back-ordered.    Of course for a across-the-room shot I don't think I'll worry about sighting.

I never took a picture of my whole rig, so you'll just have to be happy with the fore end grip and flashlight.  (No toes, but you do get fingers.)  This is a Mako fore end.  It took some "gunsmithing" - like major drilling the inside to make it fit.  Not recommended.

I see you have the meprolight tritium front on yours. I think aim pro tactical now makes a rear tritium ghost ring
