Sad news, indeed.  You've got Crusader's thoughts and prayers that the surgery goes quickly and painlessly, and that recovery is rapid and complete.

Tab,..... There really aren't any "right "words...
Just try to keep your thoughts and your heart on the pathway that everything happens for certain reasons...
There are no accidents in this life.. even though it feels sometimes as if everything is out of control.
There is..for each and every one of us.. a map and plan with learning lessons attached to it and  for reasons that most generally we can't remember making with God ..and wouldn't totally understand in our earthly form.

But maybe that little spirit of a child just wasn't quite ready to come to you.. But rest assured.. he will!  :) When all is right and everything and everyone on both sides are ready.. he/she will be here.. perfect and ready to start their life with you.

Hold tight to that... and to each other... for your love will get you through all things..

TAB, you and the doc are in our thoughts and prayers.  Be there for each other and know that God has a plan for you.  I can't begin to imagine the range of emotions you have been going through, and are continuing to experience.  Take care of her and of yourself.  We may bust your chops around here frequently, but we are truly one big dysfunctional family, and when one of us is hurting, all are hurting.

Please keep us posted, my friend.  May God provide you comfort and strength in this difficult time.

I am really saddened to hear of your loss.  We had something similar 20+ years ago.  I am glad to know all went well and I pray the emotional sadness and pain is eased in the knowledge that your child is safe in the arms of God.

Tab... how is your wife feeling today?  I don't mean this in a disrespectful way towards you as a male.. so please don't take it as such.. but this will stick with her longer and in a different way than it will with you.Treat her with gentle hands, patience and emotions..

I don't even know what to say except that I wish you and your wife all the best.  To call this a wrenching event is an incredible understatement.  Be thoughtful of each others feelings and heal as one.

Is that some sort of "Light Duty" way of working her back into the schedule ?

Glad things are turning out OK.
I don't think much of many of your opinions, but you have been putting up with a lot of crap this past year with work, Her new car, and all yet you have maintained your normal tone through it all.
You should be commended for bearing up so well.

No, it has to do with infectious diseases.  with a open wound, you could either catch of pass something on.

They don't want that liabilty.

Tom, if you can't change things, don't let them bother you.

There are those out there that would say my normal tone is pissed off...   ;D

Sometimes, your inability to spell (or use a spell checker) can create unintentionally hilarious results. Of course, even the funny result is mis-spelled . . . . .   ;)
