Title: Laid Off
Post by: CJS3 on July 31, 2010, 10:02:53 AM: My Daughter in Law was laid off Friday morning. She was a shipping coordinator for a small oil field supply company. Can we say moratorium? Expect higher gas prices for Christmas.

Never one to sit back and feel sorry for herself, she immediately updated her resume and arrainged some interviews with some of her former competitors. The only thing stopping her is that they're closed on Saturdays.

OTOH, it is open land, nothing of note between there and the North Pole, so winters get a mite chilly. That's why we have arctic grade Carhartt's. ;D
