And you came here to whine brag about it?

That's kinda cruel dude, considering how many people don't even have a job. And you are bitching at the fact that you pay more in taxes than many people make in a year?  ::)

Sorry, no sympathy here.

We're all thrilled with your new success there youngster but we could care less what you pay in taxes.

If you don't like the heat, get out of the kitchen.  Have a little respect for the fourteen million people who're not working at the moment and brag somewhere else!

Like BHO said,...spread the wealth around,....everyone has to have skin in the game,........they must pay their fair share.......

and according to Dem. Rep. Schakowsky,....you don't deserve to keep all your money anyway.

Watch the video,....it will make you all warm and fuzzy....

Hey but the unemployment rate is up this week, (again)......

I seriously doubt TAB posted that to rub peoples noses in the fact he has a job.
It does however point out a seriously flawed #%#^ed up economy systemic of a country whose those that have jobs have to pay horrendously high amounts of taxes whilst there is also high employment.
Conversley in Australia we have rerasonable unemployment rate @ 5% and the govt is increasing its taxes to cover its woeful decisions such as the stimulus packages of a couple years back. Our socialist govt will not be happy to we too have fewer people paying more taxes for the supposed benefit of the many and out unemployment figures are equal too or if not worse than your current one.

Are you bragging, confessing, or complaining? Bye the bye, the usual way of expressing yourself in that situation would be to use the word "figures" not "digets" whatever the hell they are.

I guess this must be what TAB is talking about...............

Digets (rhymes with widgets) are anything with digital content ~ a book, a software program, information, art, music, etc.

http://www.jaronbs.com/digets.htm

........ now if he said digits then I can understand the government taking his fingers or toes in payment.

SOB  -  Son of a Barbarian?

naw, Tom, they got a tab on the site with  your name on it.  Inside, they  have links to incriminating statements made by you.

They are working day and night to cross-reference and categorize and catalog them.  I hear they are falling behind and are looking for more volunteers...

No, I'm one of those "Sons of b!tches" that Hoffa says need to be taken out.
Bring it on fat boy, Union membership will be even lower before it's over.

If their willing to pay me I'd be happy to grant them an interview and supply my reference material.
But those a holes want it for free.

It has been a busy week, and I have hardly been able to look much less post on here - 75 hours in when I stopped last night, but today and Saturday will be half days and I project only about 84 for the week.  I saw this and didn't open.  Today I opened and was looking for a way to delete this.

TAB, there are many of us on here busting our butts at one, two or three jobs, many trying to find work, and several thanking God for what they have.  We also have many fighting for their lives due to severe illnesses just thankful to see the sunrise and a smile from a friend or family member.

If you are going to rant about your taxes you can do it without the numbers, but as a person wishing I could pay the bills every month I do not respect your whining about doing well.  As an accountant once told me - Paying taxes means you made money!  Paying "well into five digits" quarterly makes me believe you are pre-tax netting well into six figure annually - Cry me a frickin river!

Damn It!!!  Only TAB can make me think and talk like a leftie  >:(

Here is the deal, I had to just give up 7 weeks of profit, to pay taxes.  It drives me nuts, here were are employing 23 people, pumping $$$$$ into the econ... blah blah, yet they still take almost 2/3rds of of the quarters profit  to pay the damn tax.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy that we are doing very well, its just getting bent over like that so that I can watch that money be wasted just rubs me the wrong way.

Oh... come on now.  It takes a LOT of money to fund rogue agencies and keep scandals properly covered up.  We've got the FCC fast-tracking a new phone technology that will compromise commercial and military GPS services, the BATFE royally screwing the pooch with their 'gun walking' enterprise, federally backed loans going to green businesses that are now bankrupt, and on and on.  All of these ventures take money - and bunches of it - to operate as inefficiently and stupidly as they do.  It's not just anybody that can make stuff like this work.  We should all write a little check to the IRS right now.... I will if you will..... and if Mr. Buffett will.

I'm in a "green industry", where is my  gov. loan for 500+ mill?   It was hard enough getting the loans we have now, we were denied several times.  Finally, a small bank gave us a pretty good chunk, then all of a sudden the phone started to ring off the hook... the banks that denied us said they were intrested in doing biz with us...   ::)

You had a profit ?
Something isn't right.
You need more regulation, and  higher taxes to make sure you're paying your fair share to the illegal aliens on welfare.

Really?  How many poor people employ others or how many poor people have you worked for?  That money going up to D.C. is LEAVING the private sector and it ain't coming back.  I'm just a working stiff and have never filed a quaterly anything but I get it and so should you.

HUH?
What I am saying, "let me be clear", is money leaves the private sector (where REAL wealth is generated) in the form of taxes and doesn't return to the private sector (in any measureable way).
I pay taxes, just not quarterly because I am an employee.  I have never owned a company but hope to one day (if there is any incentive left).

I think you missed my point. While I applaud TAB for doing well, and making a good living for his company, his employees, and his family. This is not the venue in which to spout off about how much you make. Guaranteed, that if he is having to pay 5 figure taxes, he is filing on profits of 6 figures.

My point is that when so many people (many here and TAB knows it) are struggling just to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table, it is extremely inappropriate for him to come in here and bitch because he is doing so well.

The fact is I DO get it. As I am in the same boat as TAB. So I know how it works. However I also know tact, and humility. Which is why I went off. Not because I don't understand the consequences of where the money goes.

I am giving TAB a bit of a pass however, because I think the lack of sleep due to his new fatherhood is starting to eat his brain. Plus living in Kalifornistan has never helped.  ::)
